FREE Sensory-Friendly Yoga

This free yoga session offers a supportive, low-pressure environment where students can move, stretch and breathe in ways that feel comfortable and grounding. The environment will be intentionally sensory-aware — soft lighting, reduced background noise, predictable transitions and no requirement to interact unless you want to. No prior yoga experience required, and no Texercise pass needed.
